We only offer store credit or exchanges for returned items. We do not issue refunds to original form of payment. We hope this encourages you to take your time shopping our website. We are constantly receiving new items to our website and store and have no doubt you will be able to find something you love.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to rectify the problem.

Please allow up to 3 days to process your return. Tucker Brown is not responsible for any of the return shipping fees. Please be sure to include a copy of your order in the return package.
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Please note - original shipping will not be included in your store credit.
Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Returns will not be accepted if they are not approved
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Merchandise that is returned that is not approved will be shipped back to you.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Sale items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. These are FINAL SALE.
- Bodysuits, Intimates, and hats.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. We highly recommend keeping a tracking number.
